The scholarship supports college juniors and seniors pursuing careers in the investment management industry.
The NICSA / William T. Blackwell Scholarship Fund recognizes outstanding students of the NICSA family with financial and social support for postsecondary education. The program is designed to support students pursuing degrees in the global investment management industry during their junior and senior years of college.
Scholarships are awarded to rising juniors and typically range in value from $3,000 – $5,000 per year. However, maximum size of awards may be higher and will be determined annually based on the number of applicants and available funds. Scholarships are renewable for up to two years. The value of individual scholarships is determined based on each student’s financial aid package and his or her family’s ability to contribute toward educational expenses. Children of NICSA member employees are eligible to apply. The deadline for applications is Monday, April 25, 2016. Awards will be announced in June.
